Refunds
We understand if an order may have been received damaged or was incorrect. If that is the case, please contact us at studiocrysdo@gmail.com with receipt of your order and photo evidence of what you received ( the wrong item or a broken item). We will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution that satisfies your needs.
In order to stay efficient, all other orders are non-refundable. Orders are unable to be edited, changed, or removed- however, if you realize that you made a mistake with shipping info, email us ASAP at studiocrysdo@gmail.com. All orders are FINAL post-checkout. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, and we will do what we can!
