Shipping Time
Due to the fact that we are a very small business we would appreciate it, if you would please allow one - two weeks for fulfillment. All orders except USPS First Class Mail* have a tracking number for you to track the status. Any questions regarding shipping please contact us at studiocrysdo@gmail.com 

*By choosing USPS First Class Mail you are agreeing to a no-tracking number package/shipment. Any lost package claim must go through USPS. studiocrysdo is not responsible for stolen or missing packages

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. studiocrysdo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders are shipped via Pirate Ship and can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive to your destination. We thank you for your patience, by using this method we are able to offer cheaper international shipping rates,
